I shared this quote in my Weight No More Community on Facebook earlier today. I love the message of the quote and think it’s a good one for us curvy girls to subscribe to. Here’s the thing, I don’t think there is a person on the face of the earth who doesn’t find fault with their bodies. Some want to lose weight and some want to gain weight. And still, others strive to reach “perfection” as advertised in magazines. Newsflash, if someone were to Photoshop our bodies we’d be “perfect” too!
Today, I want to share 10 Quotes to encourage you to accept your body now, on the way to “achieving whatever weight that will allow you to live the healthiest lifestyle you can truly enjoy”.
1) Start a revolution, stop hating your body.
2) There’s nothing wrong with your body, but there is something wrong with the messages that try to convince you otherwise.
3) Start with body love, body acceptance will come.
4) Your self-worth is determined by you. You don’t have to depend on someone telling you who you are.
5) Body love is more than acceptance of self or the acceptance of the body. Body love is about self-worth in general. It’s more than our physical appearance.

LOL, I love that last one! Here is the point I am trying to make. You only get one body. Be gentle and loving to it. Treat it well and it will return the favor. Lose the wait on putting your life on hold until you are a size 2 or 6 or 8. Live your life to the fullest now curves and all! One last but VERY IMPORTANT point. I am not encouraging you to stay in an unhealthy body but rather to practice and focus on obtaining better health, overall wellness and a vibrancy for life NOW.
