My goals for this week are the same as last week. I will follow the same workout regimen and attempt to stay out of dunkin donuts (this week I’m gonna do it!)
The only other thing I’d like to accomplish this week is to prepare my own meals rather than wing it. So that means you have some planning to do Lucy. I’m up for the challenge. Are you?
