It’s becoming increasingly clear to me that I cannot approach this journey haphazardly. If I am going to be successful, I will have to plan and organize EVERYTHING! This is going to require some forethought, major effort, and a whole lotta work. But I’m up for the challenge.
Now planning is nothing new to me. It’s what I do for a living. So this should be easy right? Well, I think the planning part will be, but executing the plan that’s where the rubber will meet the road. I’m not going to let myself get too bogged down with this, but I do need to stay aware of all of the revolving pieces so that I don’t let something slip through the cracks. In planning I have to account for my:
- Workout schedule
- Workout routine
- Meal planning
- Shopping schedule
- Cooking (This will require much effort…ugggg)
- And Tracking what I eat…
Not to mention blogging about this whole process for 365 days (what was I thinking?). Well, I already put it out there, and I am committed to seeing it through.
