I am so looking forward to 2012. Not because 2011 was a bad year because it definitely was not! I’m excited because it will be a year of continuing my journey to a healthier, thinner and happier me.
My goals have been written since November and I can clearly see them coming to fruition. Recently, my friend Danielle shared one of her top goals for 2012. It was so powerful that I added it to the top of my list…”Focusing on me without apology.” I love that because that is the attitude I’m gonna need to accomplish my goals.
As I say goodbye to 2011, I applaud myself for making consistent exercise my new habit as a result of the goals I set for myself this year. So as we usher in the new year, I am going to continue to build on my healthy habits by committing to making healthy eating my focus.
I have to admit I have a lot of learning and adjusting to do when it comes to healthy eating. Basically the way in which I view and relate to food is going to go through a major paradigm shift. But I’m excited because as I approach this particular lifestyle change the way I have embraced daily exercise the outcome has no other option than to be a success! My goal this year is to lose 100lbs. My attitude about this goal is simply a piece of cake (pun intended)
