With today being the start of a brand new month, I have decided to exercise my consistency muscle. Beginning today, straight through to the end of the month, I have three goals:
- Walk at least 2 miles EVERYDAY (no excuses)
- Write and post to my blog EVERYDAY (no excuses)
- Be consistent with BOTH for 31 days (and beyond), but I’m starting with 31 days
So far my challenge is half way completed…with this post . I still need to get my walk in. The plan was to get it done this morning before work, but that didn’t happen because I kept hitting the snooze button Not to worry though, because the night is still young…although I’m STILL AT WORK waiting to go into a meeting that was scheduled for an hour and a half ago (NOT HAPPY!)…but I digress.
I’m focused, I’m determined and I’m looking forward to sharing my progress along the way. My question to you: What will you do consistently for the next 31 days? I’m listening

I was drawn to your site by the awesome graphic about consistency – it is definitely the secret sauce to success. I have been saying this to my marketing clients day after day. Every small step or 2 mile walk gets you closer to the goal. Good luck with your challenge!! Stopping by from UBC.

Hi Minette! Thanks so much for stopping by! You’re so right, it really is about taking baby steps AND taking them every day. That is the key! Thank you for your words of encouragement!
