Tomorrow is the first day of March. Wow, time is flying by. What that means is that it’s time to make the donuts (as long as I don’t eat them…LOL). No but seriously, it’s time to set my goals for March and I’m ready to hit the ground running. So here it goes.
No Excuses – I will be working out every day for the month of March, absolutely no excuses. I’ve done this before, and it really helps to get me off to a consistent start with my workout regimen. The goal here is to get in 30 minutes minimum of moving my body…NO EXCUSE!
Bite It, Write It – I’m going to be tracking what I eat using My Fitness Pal. If I bite it, I will write it!
Plan, Plan, Plan – Each week, I will be using a planning chart to plan my weekly menus and workout regimen. Once the plan is written, it will be easy for me to follow. I will not be leaving it up to happenstance.
Eat From My Own Kitchen – I will be preparing my own meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) from my own kitchen. No fast food eating for me!
Hydrate My Body – Plainly stated, water will be my beverage of choice!
In essence, I am going back to basics. None of this is brain surgery, but ALL of it is effective. I’m going back to what works!
While my focus will be 110% on changing my behaviors, I’m also setting a goal of an 8lb. weight loss by the end of the month. Okay, get ready! Get set! Go!!!
