As women we spend most of our time taking care of others. I can relate. I know your story all too well because it’s my story too. I’ve been there done that and continue to write the new chapter on my own life every day. This is just one of the reasons I’m qualified to help you. The other reason is that I am passionate about helping other women realize their weight loss goals. Although I am not a personal trainer or a nutritionist, I am someone who knows firsthand the struggle and ALL that it takes to win the battle of the bulge.
Not only have I fought this battle myself, but as I continue to wage war against it, I learn daily about the mind, body and soul and the role each plays on the journey.
