On Sundays, I like to set aside some time to write down what I’d like to accomplish for the week. As it relates to this goal and this challenge, I am going to keep it simple this week. I have two goals, but before I state them, I have a confession.
Hi, my name is Stacey and I am a Dunkin Donuts addict. There, I said it. I love their coffee, and for the sake of total disclosure, their boston kreme donuts are my weakness. Oh but that’s not it (I cannot tell a lie). I have at least two every morning, alright….sometimes three…but don’t judge me, pray for me…seriously.
Whew, now that that’s out in the open it no longer has control over me, and I can move forward and eliminate the double D from my diet.
My Goals for this week:
1) To stay out of Dunkin Donuts!!!!!!
2) To follow through on my workout schedule
My Workout Schedule for the week:
Monday – 3 minute run/2 minute walk intervals for 40 minutes & 30 minutes of Push Strength Training Exercises
Tuesday – 1 hour Zumba! Yeah Man
Wednesday – 3 minute run/2 minute walk intervals for 40 minutes & 30 minutes of Pull Strength Training Exercises
Thursday – 1 hour Zumba
Friday – 3 minute run/2 minute walk intervals for 40 minutes & 30 minutes of Full Body Strength Training Exercises
Saturday – 1 hour at the track (goal to run around it two times)
I’m pretty confident that I can accomplish these goals. This is a low stress week with not too many pressures on me. So, I will post my progress report on Saturday, but in the meantime, I would love to know what your goals are for this week. Be sure to leave me your comments.
Much Love
~ Stacey
