I was productive.
I was focused
I completed my workout. (Leg work…I’m sure I won’t be able to walk by Friday)
I ate sensibly.
I wasn’t cranky, irritable or frustrated.
I stepped on the scale and I’m down a pound.
My car is running (at least for the moment)
None of this seems like much, but for me it’s all a big deal, especially after the last two days I’ve had.
Tomorrow’s goal: REPEAT TODAY

YAY for successes! I went to my first tabata class tonight. I did not, however, eat well. I’ll try again tomorrow.

…And Yay for trying your first tabata class!! You have to let me know exactly what that is. Eating better takes time but as you do it more and more, it will become second nature. Keep up the good work!!

It is “much” if you say it is. Good night.

Congratulations on a good day. I had one as well in that I actually went out and did a woggle 😀 for 2.25 miles. I stayed in the sun which kept me somewhat warm. Ate reasonably well until late (had Cheetos) but I am still good. My new mantra is “No matter what!” If I want to be fit my mindset has to be to workout no matter what.

Ethel!!!!! Woot, Woot on your woggle and for staying warm out there. Evenings are my down fall too, but I don’t think the Cheetos will kill you, especially after all those good choices you made. Remember…No Matter What!! That is our motto for 2014!

Woot Woot! Way to go.
