Whew we this has been a long day. In the midst of all I had to get done I was able to get to the gym this morning for a good workout. I did 5 miles on the treadmill (3.5 mile run and 1.5 mile walk). My legs are still sore from my squats but I did not let that stop me from doing what I needed to do. Now it’s time for me to recoup from my day so I can do it all again tomorrow!
