Weight No More is about releasing the breaks on your life and putting your body in drive to get moving to the life and body you want and deserve. In this session I share tools, strategies and motivation that will get you off to a successful start, help you to take the weight off and more importantly, keep it off! Topics include:
- How to start your engine
- What to do when you stall out
- Scheduling regular maintenance check-ups

- How to navigate roadblocks, detours and potholes
Living Beyond The Goal
You’ve been envisioning your body and anticipating how wonderful your life will be once the weight is gone. Now that you’re on your way or now that the weight is gone, you’re left wondering, “is that it?” Well stop wondering and start living your life beyond the goal. This session will shed light on the following topics:
- How to break out of the “fat” mentality and embrace all that is awaiting you
- How to stop striving for perfection and learn to embrace the idea of good enough
- How to shift from being consumed with your weight to living a fulfilled life on your way to goal and beyond

Facing The Fizzle – What To Do When Your Mojo Won’t Get Out of Bed

It’s often been said that motivation is like bathing. You have to do it every day. Of course you can choose not to, but the consequences that follow could be a little smelly.
As you travel your weight loss journey, motivation to continue to move forward has to come from within EVERY SINGLE DAY! Let’s face it, there are some days that turn into weeks and even months or years, before motivation rears its head again.
This session will help you to identify where and when your motivation begins to fizzle out and help you to design a plan for getting your mojo back each and every time! In this session you will:
- Discover your “fizzle out” pattern…we all have one
- Identify what you’ve been able to accomplish when your mojo was in full affect (and how to draw upon those things for motivation)
- Design your own “fizzle out” plan of attack for when your mojo just won’t get out of bed
- Idea exchange: how do you rev yourself up over and over and over again?
