It’s 19 days into the new year and things are just starting to settle down from all the hustle and bustle of the holidays and the interruption of life that comes with it. I feel like I’ve been running on the perverbial wheel since November.
Today I took some time to regroup. I wrote out a simple plan for myself that I want to put in place for the next 3 months. Every couple of months I find the need to do this based on what’s going with my work schedule and life in general. I wrote out the workout schedule I want to follow during this time. Not only do I want to be able to incorporate my running, Zumba, and strength training on a consistent and regular basis, I also have some goals I want to accomplish during this time frame. Over the next 3 months I will be working on getting my Zumba certification, being able to run 5 miles straight without stopping, and running my first 5K of the year. I also want to get my eating in check, which I will talk more about tomorrow.
The one thing I know for sure is that this is my year to get it done. My mind is made up and there is no turning back!
