Oh my goodness, I am exhausted. Although I did not get to the gym today trust me I got my workout in. As I mentioned last month, my office is going through a remodel. Well they finally finished painting, laying the carpet AND putting the furniture back in place. Sooooooo, I spent the latter part of my day running up and down the stairs carrying boxes of files and books which needed to be put back in the cabinets and on the shelves. Not only did I get a serious cardio workout using the stairs about 25-30 times, I also got in some weight lifting and squats by lifting and carrying those boxes. IT ALL COUNTS!!!
Right now a sistah is beat. I wanted to get in at least a 2 mile run today, but that ain’t happenin. Tomorrow is another day. I think I’ll even break in my new kicks (running sneakers) by running outside since we are supposed to have some nice weather
