Tomorrow is April 1st already! Oh my gosh, time is flying by! The first quarter of the year is now but another fond memory. No time to think about what was or what didn’t happen. The time has come to get down to business and set my goals for April.
So, here it is…short and sweet:
- Continue going to the gym in the morning before work to walk for 30 minutes
- Add in 15 minutes of stretching each morning and evening to loosen up my body and to help my back!
- Return to eating from my own kitchen. I really fell off the wagon here.
- Track, track, track – I know this is the key to weight loss because it puts me back in control of my eating
- Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate
- Continue blogging daily for accountability and consistency
That’s it! Small doable changes that I know will lead to big results over time.
