For me, there is nothing like a good quote to motivate me to do what I need to do to reach my goals. Every now and again I need some positive reinforcement to inspire me to keep moving forward and to keep my mind, body and eating in the game. Following are some of my favorite quotes/sayings, which I’ve collected along my journey. My plan over the next 24 days is to share my thoughts and give some tips on how to manifest these quotes/sayings in our lives on a more consistent basis. But for now, read each one and let them sink in. I’m guessing they will move you like they move me…at least that’s what I’m hoping
