I have some lofty goals for myself this week. I’m going for the gold. After accomplishing my one mile run last week, I think I can make this weeks goals happen. So here is my workout plan for the week. Hey, I figure if I put it out there, then I’ll have no choice but to do it.
Monday
Morning Workout: 3 mile walk/run intervals with the goal to run for 10 minutes straight, Strength Training (Push Exercises)
Evening Workout: 1 hour of Zumba and Core Work (200 Crunches)
Tuesday
Morning Workout : 3 mile walk/run intervals with the goal to run for 10 minutes straight,
Evening Workout: 1 hour of Zumba, Lower Body Work (135 Squats)
Wednesday
Lunchtime Workout: 3 mile walk/run with the goal to run for 1 mile, Strength Training (Pull Exercises)
Evening Workout: 1 hour of Zumba, Core work (200 Crunches)
Thursday
Lunchtime Workout: 3 mile walk/run intervals with the goal to run for 15 minutes straight
Evening Workout: 1 hour of Zumba, Lower Body Work (Lunges and Fire Hydrants)
Friday
Lunchtime Workout: 3 mile walk/run intervals (run for 1.5 miles), Strength Training (Full Body Work)
Evening Workout: 1 hour of Zumba, Core work (200 crunches)
Saturday
Morning RUN with running group – Please pray for me (not only am I trying to run with a group, but in the cold and at the ungodly time of 6:30 a.m. on a SATURDAY Morning – clearly I have lost my mind)
1 hour of Zumba, then off to the gym to get in the sauna! Prayerfully you won’t find me dead in there..LOL.
I’m really going for it this week. I’m not holding back, and I’m not letting anything or anyone (specifically myself) get in my way. If those people on the Biggest Loser can do it, then so can I.
