Here’s another one for the books. Number six for the year, eight total. I ran in the Free to Breathe Lung Cancer 5K race this morning and it was actually easy! My thoughts going into the race were to run some, walk most. I had had two late nights back to back and thought my lack of energy would affect my run. Surprisingly I had energy to boot and felt absolutely fabulous afterwards.
My girls Traci and Donna were right there with me. This is us, the three amigos.
Oh, I almost forgot. Yesterday was my weigh in at Weight Watchers and I lost…wait for it…5.8 lbs. Yay me! I’m not going to make any fantabulous declarations for next weeks weight in. Instead I’m gonna do what I know to do and let the scale take care of itself.

You go girl. I’m on the fence about running a 5k race. Keep @ it.

Hi Deborah,
I know we don’t live close to each other but maybe we can run our 5k together. I will not be doing the Abington Wobble Gobble on November 22nd. I have been participating in the C25K at St. Joe’s. I am joinning the BGR meetup group on Mondays at Cobbs Creek this Monday, November 12th.
I participated in the GET OUT THE VOTE walk/jog this past Saturday at the Art Museum. My goal is to run/jog at least 4 times a week. How are you making out?

Every pic you take after a race, you can really see your continual success I am sooo proud of you and so inspiring… keep up the fabulous work.
Thank you for being my pace partner and encouraging throughout the race. It meant a lot to me. You are truly the definition of a friend.

Stacey,
Congratulations and keep up the good work. I am back in school so I miss Zumba tremendously. This C25k schedule is keeping me moving and I must keep homework and home responsibilities under control. Keep me in prayer it is a challenge when you work full time. I am feeling less tired and sore. Energy level picking up.

I’m commenting to make you know what a beneficial encounter my cousin’s daughter experienced viewing your web page. She realized a good number of things, which included how it is like to have an incredible teaching character to let the others clearly completely grasp some impossible topics. You undoubtedly surpassed our own desires. Many thanks for imparting those warm and friendly, safe, edifying and unique thoughts on this topic to Sandra.
