I know I already posted today, but I just had to get this out. Today was the best workout of the week. I went to the gym fully engaged. My mind was 100% in the game and I FINISHED STRONG! I feel sooooo good.
I did my cardio on the treadmill and finished my 2 mile run/walk one minute under Wednesday’s time. Then I did my full body strength training exercises which included:
84 walking lunges holding 10 lb weights in each hand (that’s right I said 84),
45 incline dumb bell flyes,
40 cable rows pulling a max of 60 lbs on the last rep,
90 step ups and
90 shoulder presses…
And I made it back to the office before the rain started…All I have to say for myself is…YOU GO GIRL….BAM!!!!
